Annual Fee Problem

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have HSBC credit card (GOLD) with the number 4384 5999 9205 5623 (valid from 09 to 09). While taking card agents and customercare people told there is no annual fee. Now you have sent statement with annual fee and also some purchage amount. now outstanding balance it is Rs. 6576/-. I never used HSBC credit card thoug i have, how you added purchage amount annual fee i dont know. please rectify this as early as possible. And also iam requesting you to send you main branch of customercare center in Bangalore-India. so that i can personally meet them... and also they have given a card for my wife name also and added annual fee for that. (my wife card number is: 4384 59999 9322 0382) (mail id: ramumcato@yahoo.com, t.raam07@gmail.com.
