We had booked one Parcel from secundrabad railway station on 18.5.2008 having Railway Receipt no W- 6052023 to Howarh. The parcel was in the name of Medini pumps pvt ltd, Kolkatta.
When my party approached to collect the parcel it was told that parcel was not reached
Howarh and told to search at secundrabad railway station.
When again we approched here at secundrabad railway station parcel department nobody gave us proper whereabouts our material.
