Poor dealership at ludhiana wrong commitments and then disagreeing on those commitments

Sir i visited ur ludhiana (Bhagat Ford) dealer ship and was assured loyality bonus of rs.10000 by sales executiveon fiesta 1.4 costing rs .752000.after that the person diagreed on what he said .we had got all our drafts ready and we hav sufferd loss of interest on bank money since these are month closing dates.the price of the product is 752000 but the executive said that he would give rs. 10000 as loyality bonus and so car will cost rs 742000.so as now he is disagreeing we wont go for fiesta until we get 10000 as loyality bonus .and more over we suffered a loss of interest amount at bank just bcoz of wrong commitment.plz look into the matter as we are planning to take the care before diwali .plz give the approval for the siad amount Rs. 742000 which shall be indeed helpful to us... plz do the favour to the earliest latest by tomorrow or day after tommorow.plz revert to the earliest
