Illegal charges of parking by attendants at Janpath near Lufthansa office

This complaint is regarding the MCD authorised parking attendants at Janpath near Lufthanasa Airlines office. I parked my car for 1 hour and the attendant asked me to pay 30 Rs. The Parking charges were 10 Rs. When I resisted I was told that they pay bribe to MCD and they dont care even if i complaint. They misbehaved with me and told me that they are dangerous people and have connections.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.
