Respected Sir,

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding H.NO.190-A, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr. Rampal S/o. Late Jiya Lal & H.NO. 196, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr. Kamal S/o Late Kishan. There is no approval from MCD and above all an illegal constructed has been constructed on the terrace which is against by the laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from MCD zonal office. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures and also he has covered a part of footpath (govt. road) by making stairs. Due to all people suffer and vehicle passing problem and Children cann't play. He has also dumped lot of building material and Malba on this footpath and even on the main road also

Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people since cracks on the wall are visible. It could collapse at any moment.
