Illegal construction at amar colony lajpat nagar Iv

Myself Raj Anand, i stay at B-49 Amar Colony Lajpat Nagar IV, Back side, This property still belongs to my grand mother name, she died 20 years back, My uncle stays at the front side, the size of this property is 100 Sq Yards out of which they have 35 Sq Yards of the front side, we were staying peacefully, but my uncle and his family, started doing illegal construction on the terrace of my ground floor on 28/7, as this property is a single storey house, and they have no right to construct without prior permissions from Mcd and Concerned authorities, i have even lodged fir with police, after which police forced them to stop illegal work, There are still Iron structure lying at my terrace and police said that Mcd authorities will remove them,

This is a residential property but they have a shop on the front ground floor, they have filled conversion charges on the name of general store but they are doing Ac, Fridge repairing and Paint shop which is very harmful in residential colony as it emits gases, also hey have illegaly constructed a Shed of 15 X 25 Feet shed on government land which they are using as fridge and ac godown/repair shop.

Please remove these illegal structure as they even use this place for unsocial activities by selling Gasoline/Cylinders illegaly, My father has already died few yeas back, i feel very insecure about my small kids as they are using my terrace and front ground floor for all dangerous activities.

Please help me by taking appropriate measures against them.
