Sujbect: APPLICATION AGAINST THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION AT (OWNER RAMPAL) HOUSE NO. 190-A, JEEWAN NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110014 (REMINDER 5).

Sir/Madam

It is please to say that I am the resident of jeewan nagar and like to bring your kind attention on the illegal construction is on going on the above foresaid address. Rampal s/o late Jiya lal r/o 190-A, Jeewan nagar, near maharani bagh, new delhi is constructing a house without passing the house map form the M.C.D and the proper authority.

Beside this the owner of H.No.190-A, jeewan nagar is constructing a stairs covering govt.(M.C.D.) land, which is totally illegal. And this leads to the conjuction which creates problem in smooth movement on the common passage/gali.

Please have the necessary action against him and demolish the stairs that are built on govt. Land.
