In our locality one person is doing the construction which is illegal, there is a building where there are total six flats i.e. two (2) on each floor. This person is living on third floor and now he has started constructing the rooms of 12 feet height on the roof of the third floor.

As per the MCD rules this type of the construction is very much illegal and we therefore request you to take the appropriate legal action against him. The address is :
