I had lodged a complaint several times against illegal construction carried out by Persons living in Road No.:3, House No. : 2 & 4 & 5, Punjabi Bagh Extn. New Delhi - 110026 to MCD but niether a single visit nor a any action has been taken against them as one of the person is in BJP and has good contacts. I would like to know that is this illegal construction is legall for the leaders and illegal for a general public.
