This is to bring to your kind attention that the resident of second floor (Mr. tarnjit singh) of h-25 shivaji park, west punjabi bagh, new delhi-26 is illegaly extending his balcony by another 5 feet through a temporary structure of iron grills/jaal which is totally against building bye-laws. This extention will put unnecessary load on the building and the building is not strong enough to take load as the house is constructed by builder with poor raw material used. There is a great danger of our life. Secondly it will cause hinderance in coming of natural air and light which is my right.so i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.
