The DDA flats, Madangir, Khanpur consiting of single storey flats from lane no. 1 to lane 42 having 1260 houses, orginally were single with only GF.

The Illegal construction by builders in nexus with local the so called leaders and delhi police beat officers has given rise to building to unpremissible 4 storeys.

Now not stopping with this the builders have started digging basement and this dangerous practice has started mushroming in a fast way. This would result in deaths of several lives in case of any medium earthquake, rains. The peoples have already started facing problems of water shortage, parking problems, encroachment by commercilation of houses into shops etc. The construction is very poor standard with extended balconies and construction of kitchen and living room in the extended balconies.
