Dear Sir/Madum,

This is my 3rd. complaint. I am a resident of DDA flate No.105-E, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.

My next door residents Mr. Mishra flate No.106-D, 106- E and 106-H are illegaly and unauthorisingly constructing above said flates and that too so dengariusly, the whole buliding is constructing on two piller made by 4mm saria only and covering all the balcony without any piller. First of all because of this unauthorised construction rest of the residents will have to live their live without fresh air and natural light.

Secondly the construction is so poor it can damage the humen life any moment and there after MCD will be held responsible for allowing unathorised construction.

My humble request to the MCD please look in to this matter and demolise this unathorised construction as soon as possible so that rest of the residents can live with fresh air and natural lights and can sleep tenssion free.
