Of late a new managing commitee has taken over the charge of our self help co op society st francis rd, vile parle w. mumbai 400056. nither they have submitted the indemnity bods nor called for election the first illegal thing they have done is transfered a flat in the name of unregistered trust. appointed the same auditor who never finds any thing in acconts though there are so many discrepancies. now they wish to prune the the 200 trees in our socity, they have already stopped watering them an d hence some of them are alredy about to be dead. what is the way out .pl guide. thanks
