Milk dairies in residential area

Dear Sir,

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners shift there buffalows and rickhsha in residential area by which people are facing problem and traffic jams in area. Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything.By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area near those dairies.
