I am residing in 109 Pipeline, Vakola, Santa cruz (East) which falls under Zone 3 - H (EAST) WARD. Two years ago most of the illegal hut men were destroyed leaving behind just a few. Now these people have open an illegal tea stall at the entrance of the road. They have dug up the road and taken an illegal water connection to this tea stall.

I request you to immediately send a team to destroy this tea stall, and question the people concerned as to how they have the guts to dig up and damage the road.

I would also request you to pursue removal of all encroahments / hutmen from this lane immediately.
