Mis-use of schemes

Sir,

the vendor at vasai station west, name kantan vendor code 81001 and area code ma044 is misusing the schemes of times of india . he issues the cheques in other names of his relatives and friends to the sales person of times of india, and uses the scheme for himself and sale the newspaper for his own profit . and when we the people who are in need of the scheme is not getting the benefit of such schemes.

please do take the appropriate steps.
