IMAGE HOSPITALS, MADHAPUR, HYDERABAD
Exhoribitant Billing

This is for people who are staying in Hyderabad, especially in Madhapur. Last Sunday we had to rush to a nearby "IMAGE HOSPITALS" in Madhapur for one of my friend as she was weak. We entered the hospital at 12.30 and left at around 2.30 in the afternoon. For an simple ultrasonic scan and for a bottle of saline we got a bill of Rs.2250/-(2hrs). They charged Rs.425/- per hour for occupying the bed.

When we came to the reception there was a poor old man whose relative was admitted for a fatal injury the previous night with a bill of Rs.16, 500/-(one night). Also a couple with a bill Rs.1, 200/- for a very minor leg wound. We people who can afford it, just walk away quitely paying off whatever they ask for. But what about the fate of the poor who have to step in for an emergency, like the old man whom I met? Are the doctors to save life or to squeeze the life out…

So I request not to risk your life by visting this hospital and to raise your voice against ill happenings around you. Kindly take necessary actions
