I-mate jama
Its truly a bad service

I, Mahendra U Satpute perchases i-mate jama with the help of SBI card on jan. Having order no.:-360014510

After two month it get some fault. I send it to company through courier on 18 march today is 29-05-08 still I am waiting for my i-mate jama.

I call to customer care number toooooo many times but they told me that your phone will come this upcoming week. they are saying me this answer for last two and half month. If I didnt get my phone within a week then I will complaint to CONSUMER FORUM. This is the limit for bad service
