As mentioned in the subject i firgot to mention the order no :620001570 in my complaint plz update...

not recived a replacement or repaired hansdet of the imate jama purchased from youll.

despite me folloing it up almost for 2 months now, the promised time for repairs was 10 days...

awaiting fo ur reply post which i might be force to the consumer forum..
