Defective peice sold by m port

Dear all,

this is inform you that -

1. a defective peice i mate jasjar sold in 4- to me in march by m port gurgaon

2. two time taken by i mate customar care for 15 days each, but problems reamins the same.

3. rubbish service of i mate & third class phone are being sold by m port too where spending huge amount of money on phone & callers says voice is bouncing or not clear.

4. basic fucntions like microphone, speakers are of lower quality

5. putting them to consumer court & we all should try not to sale these phones by m port & even i mate run away from india as making indian market fool.
