Defective Piece of Mobile phone

I have purchased a Imedia Touch Screen Mobile Phone from Homeshop18 and paid Rs. 5990/- cash against delivery on 12 Sept. 2009. But in next one hour mobile phone has stopped working and now this is completly usless for me. I have talked several times to Homeshop18 but not get any satisfied response. Now homeshop18 has is not giving my money back as they said on TV that every product has 15 days money back guarantee.

I have spent approx Rs. 400 more on STD to talk to Homeshop18 and Banglore office of Media tech but they said the we will send the defective piece via courier to banglore office. But I have not faith on such courier services because I have read the several complaints regarding Homeshop18.

I want to say you all DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOMESHOP18 NETWORK. THIS IS REALLY A FAKE COMPANY AND MISSCUIDE THE CUSTOMERS ON TV AND PHONE.

Government of India should take strict action against such type of companies.
