No proper service

What I believe from my present experience is Imintpoints is a total fraud company. They never send you your Imint card and whenever you try to call them their IVRS will say all our executives are busy which i hardly buy. I dont think they have any single customer care executives. Their IVRS will make you wait till you get fadeup with the wait and hang up yourself. They promised me to send their card by 15 days but almost 4 months have past and i am yet to receive one. Their product are too costly and hardly make sense to reedem them. And the most pathetic part is ICICI bank has transferred its credit card loyalty points to this bullshit company.
