FRAUD e-voucher with partner website

I received an e-voucher from imint for Rs.200 for Bookmyshow.com under i-mint IQ offer.

The voucher was received through SMS on my mobile on 11th Mar.2010 stating that the said voucher can be redeemed for Rs.200 at bookmyshow.com

However, when I tried redeeming the voucher on 14th Mar.2010 on Bookmyshow.com, I was surprised to see that the voucher is BUY 1 GET 1 VOUCHER AND NOT Rs.200.00 DISCOUNT VOUCHER.

Since it was a BUY 1 GET 1 VOUCHER ONLY Rs.70.00 were DISCOUNTED FROM MY TRANSACTION AS AGAINST Rs.200.00

I CANCELED the transaction & I contacted imint support through phone & I was informed that the problem will be sorted out by bookmyshow.com & that Imint can provide NO ASSISTANCE ON THE MATTER. However, on contacting bookmyshow.com I was again directed back to imint stating that IMINT HAS FORWARDED THE WRONG VOUCHER.

NOT ONLY THIS, when I contacted Imint again, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

ANYHOW, I COULD NOT BOOK THE TICKETS FOR THE MOVIE & SHOW BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE AND NON COOPERATION ON PART OF IMINT.

THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED TILL DATE DESPITE MY REPEATED EMAIL AND PHONES TO IMINT.

NOW, I'M OF THE VIEW THAT THIS IS A CASE OF ONLINE CHEATING BY IMINT IN ASSOCIATION WITH BOOK MY SHOW TO EXTORT THE EXTRA MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS.

REGRET THAT THE EXCLUSIVE OFFERS FROM IMINT COMES ALONGWITH GREAT DIFFICULTIES & FALSE PROMISES WHICH MAKE THEM OF NO USE.
