I am having icici bank credit card they transferred reward points from icici to i mint account i redeemed 5500 points for micro wave Owen on 11-10 i received product on 17-10 it was damaged i called at the same time to i mint they told me that they will replace it within 15 days till now it has not been replaced i have called hundred times every time they give same answer, product will get replaced within next two or three days what to do know?
