Transfer of Reward points - no response from either from Bank or from from their business partner imintpoints

ICICI Bank, Kolkata, India, had transferred all the Reward points to imint, against my ICICI Bank Credit Card (Master Card - Gold) No:517653700429 but, imintpoints has neither any facilities, set-up or out-lets in the city of Kolkata, India, nor the imintpoint Membership Card provided to me and no communication received by me from imintpoints.
