Lack of knowldge/ explaination/ co-operation

Sorry to say hydrabad air port built biggest in india but no qualified personnals working, I am working in ministry of health and we send visiting viza (family) for my wife mother & sister for visit oman to meet doughter. booked & parchased the ticket from Muscat - oman for 23/04, they reported for boarding with original oman visit viza and return ticket for muscat & hydrabad. i surprised that they denied to give boarding pass saying that need sponser letter with out seeing details of viza type, its just family joining orignal oman viza, then my mother & sister went to immigration officer to look the matter but he dosnt see just saying letter chayea (need) in hindi. this is to much harrasment and poor handling customer, no one help that day, finally they returned to home (200 km away i.e. Raichur), she is diabetic old age, travel long distance, she suffered lot, what we can do we are poor indians suffering from some un educated indians, really we are upset lot.

No help for Females, no proper guidlines, less knowldge of immigration staff. not expailaned in details.

sponser letter require for employment viza not for family joining vizit viza as confirmed in indian embassy and indian airlines muscat, they said this problem only in Hydrabad air port due to new staff.

kindly look this matter by concerned officer and try to save for others people please.
