We purcahsed Samsung TV and Frdige from Impact Retail private ltd trading as Xcite Banglore on 3rd Jan. Bill no:1f10000000480.Xcite send the goods on 4th and the fridge was defective the person delivering was also very ineffective. We returned the goods. Again they delivered a defective Fridgeon 5th Jan .when we raised this issue with Xcite customer care personnel they did not take it seriously. We demand compensation for the harrasment faced by us due to sheer negligence of Xcite.
