I have sent an important product to newyork. it has been 1 week since i sent the article, the post office people here in hyderabad said that the article will be sent in 3-4 working days it was really urgent. why is the department not working properly??? if you cannont send it then why did u promise to?? if this department is not capable then dont promise such things and privatize it if this department is not willing to deliver what they have promised. atleast now please let me know the status. my tracking number is EN624900800IN
