Deduction for not used Text based services airtel wap

This is a limit to what you people at airtel are doing with your customers I am being charged Rs.20/- for Text Based Service pf Airtel WAP for the past THREE MONTHS i have repeatedly registered the complaint with your customer care for how many times that i have lost count of the same. Every time i get is assurance that the services would get deactivated within few hours i am also assured of the refund of the amount wrongfully deducted. Till date i have to bear with the harrasement from your side for the services which i never opted for or need for.

I have a pile of the compliant numbers registerd with you in my phone but no solution as yet.
