Inverter Battery

Dear Customer Care Team,

I had purchased a Battery (IN 2000 Plus) with an Inverter which has been supplied by the Inverter supplier. Though Warrantee card is provided, we are using the battery very precisely but still the charge does not prolong more than 2 hours.

Local supplier informed that it is because of deep discharge and they provided one machine arrangement to get the battery fully charged, which also could not get the battery fully charged.

I think there is a partial discharge in the battery which might be because of supply of used battery.

The battery provided me with Warrantee Book No. 681137 with separate Exide Tag: 3F9W3370793F9. My sincere request would you please suggest what are check points which purchasing the new battery.
