My name is in credit card defaulter list

Hi to all,

Recently i have applied for an car loan with HDFC bank. The bank stops my loan approval due to CIBIL report which states that i had an salary account with HDFC bank and my credit card due is Rs.6500/-.Because of this my loan not yet approved. Please provide the complete report for this credit card due since am not having any such account and credit card dues as of my knowledge. Some mishappened are be earlier. Help out to find the worng things which happened earlier and the HDFC bank says my date of birth and signature are absolutely matching with their data's stored.
