INC 5 Regal Shoes
Delivery not done

I have given 2 pairs of slippers to repair to INC 5 in ampa skywalk on March 2. They mentioned it will take 15 days for delivery. They gave one pair on April 20 12 and till date i have not received the other pair. I went there and asked about that and the showroom manager noted down my address and said that he will deliver it through courier.

Even after repeated follow up i have not received my pair of slipper. The origianl cost of the slipper is Rs.750/- and i paid Rs.195/- for the repair for this particular slipper. Kindly lodge a complaint and get my pair at the earliest.
