I have submitted an application for New Pan Card and Change of Address in PAN data to UTISL vide coupon No.030237969 on dt.20th Nov.2008. But even after a month I have not received my PAN Card. I have got the reply that "PAN NO IS DELETED / DEACTIVATED. REQUEST TO APPLICANT KINDLY CONTACT TO NEAREST INCOME TAX OFFICE OR YOU MAY VISIT THE INCOME TAX SITE. ".

Please help to re-activated my pan no.
