Wrong tax payment notice

Hi

I have already paid the tax for the year 2007 and i am supposed to get a refund of 1515.00 and i got a intimation under section 143 (1) of the income tax act 1961 saying i need to pay tax with interest which i have already paid, and in the intimation the TDS which is given as 0,

my PAN number is AIOPB1799D.

please do the needful or suggest me the solution for this
