Non-receipt of Intimation and Non-receipt of Bonus

For Policy No.908706601, Branch 911, till date i received bonus only once i.e. in the year 2003 and next bonus was due in the year 2008 but till date no communication received from your office.

For policy No.881375096 Branch 91R, Bhandup Branch, i never receive any intimation from this branch from the last 4years. I made payment yearly voluntarily. Even for getting Policy certificate i wrote lot of letters then after 2-2 1/2year i received my Policy Certificate.

itis unbearable thing that how your company is providing service to the customers. due to this type of attitude no person would like to invest money in your company.

you are requested to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
