Pan Card Acknowledgement No - 19815 Dated 6th July

we have applied for the above pan card on 1st week of july ''09 and got the acknowledgement receipt on 6th july ''09 . Till date we have not received the pan card, what to do dont know? what is normal delivery period of PAN Card?

My wife has to be admitted in the hospital immediately and we have to provide the photo ID proof for cash less mediclaim, Now what to do I dont know?
