Cancellation of my PAN card

I was allotted a pan card AEOPM3580P. The department says that I was allotted another card to me, which has not reached me till date. The original card was allotted long back. As a Manager of Nationalised Bank, I was submitting my returns and had opened DP accounts and had done many transactions using the same. But now the department has unilaterally disabled my card and is asking me to get a duplicate of the card which i had never received. I had sent a complaint and request to Income Tax Dept, Cochin as well another one to Finance Minister to restore my earlier card and disable the non-existant one. Till date I had not received any reply from any of them. Please help me to restore my old card.
