Refund for assessment yr: 2008

Hi,

I have visited the Income tax office couple of times where my tax returns are filed. I personally saw my filing papers and verified that details are correct. They told the refund will be credited automatically within 3 months. But till now I did not receive refund for the assessment year - 2006 and 2008.
