Income Tax Dept Mumbai
IT refund 2008

I have not yet received the Income tax refund for 2008 year. It is almost 1year now. Is this the way to reward prompt payers? It will be good on the part of the department to fasten its belts and speed up the refund process, as I understand Maharashtra is the most lacking in the refund.
