Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have submitted my Income Tax Return for assessment year 2009 in Ward No-24 (2) Kolkata on 30th July whose receipt no is 2431003861.

But till now I have not got the Return for the TDS, which is Rs. FiveThousand One Hundred Five Three Only (Rs. 5105.00),

I Visited concern Ward No. 24 of Income Tax office in Kolkata. The offier has told me my PAN/ File need to migrate. The online approval should come from W-46 (4) / W-76 (4) New Delhi. But Now I am in Kolkata. I dont know how can I follow up with Delhi income Tax office which is impossible to me.

So this is to request you please do the needful for migrate the same and refund my TDS in my given Bank Account ASAP. My bank account details has been given in the IT return form.
