Duplicate PAN card request not yet processed

Dear Team,

I lost my PAN card so I requested for duplicate PAN card along with I submitted copy of complaint made to Bhandup police station, Birth certificate, PAN copy, Bank statement, SSC Leaving certificate through courier. After which I received response from NSDL pune office via mail saying needed proof of Fathers name. But there is no change in my fathers name still they need it.

So I asked them to refer my Birth Certificated issued by Indian Goverment which they say can cannot accept. They need letter from Gazzet officer.???

Is Birth certificate not an enough proof???...

This is waste of time and unnecessary headach to consumers because of their ILLOGICAL RULES... DON'T KNOW WHO THE BRAINLESS CREATURE MADE IT...

ABOVE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ESCALATION MATRIX WHERE WE CAN SEND OUR COMPLAINTS...

I think NSDL call center doesn't give complete information...

Also when I applied I ticked what all documents I will be providing... if same where not enough it should have said me then and there while applying not after doing all payment and follow-up...

This is rediculous...
