INCOME TAX/REFUND
NON RECEIPT OF REFUND

I am an employee of a public sector company at Raipur.

As per the form-16 for the year 08, i should get a refund of Rs 14000 plus.

I have filed my returns through CA in july and even after one year of submitting returns, i have not received the refund check. How to register a complaint in IT department so as to get the refund quickly.
