Complaint for second cylinde

Daer sir,

Sir, i am saritha dinesh staying in trivandrum at gowreeshapattom.we apply new gas connection from ashok gas agency kannammoola code no 4575012 at 26/07.he asked as to take gas stove then only you will get gas connection.at last I visited Mr Ramakrishnan indiane complaint officer he helped me to get the gas connection.he has passed this case to ananthapuri indaine service from their we got the connection consumer no 28338. after a month ananthapuri indiane service shifted me ashok gas agency.we apply for second cylinder then the staff told that we have all ready booked for second cylinder and she didn't give a slip also you just enquary with us two year passed we enquire this matter to them, the told me we have send through post up to this time we didn't receive any thing from post.today i went directly and i said this matter after they told me where is the booking slip.now they are cheated me and called me some bad words.like this the matter is going on what can i do? kindly arrange me a second cylinder because i am pregnant.this time only i need a second cylinder.kindly please solve this problem.
