No Emergency service available

Our LPG gas connection is from Indian and the gas agency for the same is Shresth Gas Service (Add – G-29, Diwan House, Ajay Enclave, New Delhi 110018). We changed the gas cylinder and there was a problem which caused gas to leak. This is a life threatening scenario and we called the Emergency Service Cell Numbers (32556968 / 252634020 / 9313829984) but there was no response and no one picked up (date when the problem occurred and calls were made – 2nd, Oct). Considering the scenario and the life threatening situation, the non availability of the Emergency service is completely not acceptable. Please have the agency fix the emergency service and pay for the mental agony caused in this ordeal.
