Extraordinary delay in cylinder supplies and wrong committments to customers

Sir,

I am from Tirupur and getting cylinders from Periyanayakiamman Gas Service, Uthukuli Road, Tirupur. My consumer no is 1735.

Every month I am facing the same problem and the behaviour of the staff is very rude.

They give wrong commitments regarding delivery of cylinders, but the same are not delivered as per their commitment date. It takes 3-4 days more to supply which has effect in next gas booking date. They dont normally accpet the billing date, they take only the delivery date. Due to which our day-to-day life is getting affected. pls look into it.
