Booking no 2842 on 15/11/08

On repeated telephone enquiry to the dealer (M/S ELA GAS /Sector-82, NOIDA) regarding expected delivery schedule, the dealer is unable to give any expected/confirmed date. This happens every month.

This is really a frustrating experience. It looks like as a consumer I am getting it free and I am always at their mercy. Please look in to it and regularise.
