Hi, everytime when i book for a cyllinder at gas agency (Spruthi gas agency, Alwal) they say that yes we have booked your cyllinder and you will get it within 12 working days, but even after 15 days when i dont get the cyllinder. i used to go to their office and i just shocked when they answer me that there are no booking for you, and again i have to book. This is really painful and i want a strong action against SPRUTHI AGENCIES, ALWAL.
