Late Delevery of Gas

My present agency is M/S Ragavendra Gas Agency, Avadi, Chennai - 54. My consumer No is 27021. I have booked my refill cylinder 04.11.2008 till today I have not got my cylinder despite repeated reminders. When I try to contact over telephone mostly the phone gets engaged. and when we get chance to speak the reply is not proper and they say " sending today''.

So Please look in to the matter and request you to please take necessary action immediately and ensure that they supply the gas to me immediately. It is requested that suitable action as deemed fit may please be taken against the gas agency and also the gas agency may also be checked frequently by the Indian Oil corporation to avoid further inconvenience to the consumers of Indane GAS users.
