Not getting DBC

Sir,

I have my LPG connection at M/s Saroj Enterprises, H-10, Vikas Puri New Delhi. My Customer No. is 25337. I have single cylinder. When I asked for DBC, they said to talk about this after March. I am in need for another cylinder as single cylinder may get empty at any time. Please suggest the needful so I can get another cylinder at earliest.
