i have booked cyllinder on 19/12 and they assured me delivery in three days but after daily reminder over phone they have not delivered till 29/12. only reply " no supply of gas".

this agency is not taking booking for a period of 20 days from last delivered cyllinder, i got last supply on 24/11 accordingly i booked my next cyllinder on 19/12 which they assured with in three days they will deliver at home but after reminder over phone two times and today on 29/12 by personally visit they are not cooperating and only rude reply "no supply". how i will run my kitchen without gas.

there is a history for this agency that they rarely deliver gas at home, and we have to collect personally from their counter for which they never give us rebate. as we are working we don't have time to collect gas and we have to take leave for collecting cyllinder.

they have not displayed any contact no of indian oil officer on which we lodge our complaints against them. i think they are doing this with the help of indian oil officers, ther is a racket which is selling our bookings in black market and depriving us.
